WHAT TO EXPECT
There is a life force energy running through every being on this planet. It is also running through you. But we as a society have collective un-learned to use it. In this retreat, you will learn to re-connect with your true self and follow the pull to live in alignment and with purpose.

This is not your normal yoga reterat.
We do offer yoga and meditation as a daily morning routine, however the rest of the day won't be typical "yogi" :)
We are convinced that the only rules you should follow are the ones that you set for yourself. This is why this retreat was designed without strict rules or schedule. All our activities are optional. You might tune in or take time for yourself instead, take a walk on the beach or surf at one of the several word-class surf locations around (Arrifana, Monte Clerigo, Amado, Bordeira, just to name a few).

21:00 - 22:00 Evening activity such as cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, campfire on the beach, dance party…
We have carefully selected activities that we think will both fun and activating your highest potential. At Higher Frequency Retreats, we truly believe that EVERYTHING is about energy. LOCATION
We are located in one of the most beautiful spots around the globe. In the midst of the Costa Vincentina’s untouched nature, but still in walking distance to the next fisherman village and the famous surf beach Arrifana.
We have selected a stunning villa for our retreat - with a spacious living room and kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, each with attached private bathroom, yoga patio, pool, cozy fire place, terrace with ocean view… and much more.
